Overview

 

To perform process compliance testing on a daily basis utilizing testing equipment, standardized documentation, and problem solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management. 
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by management. 
  • Intermediate computer 
  • Metrology 
  • Basic data analysis 
  • Effective communication 
  • Blueprint interpretation 
  • MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.) 
  • SAP 
  • Casco 

 

 

  • Precision manual dexterity; 
  • Hand/Eye coordination for fine control, adjustments and writing 
  • Good eyesight or corrected vision; good color vision 
  • Good hearing 
  • Effective time management 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted 
  • Ability to lift 75lbs with assistance 
  • Withstand long periods of sitting/standing and repetitive motion 
  • Mechanical 
  • Office machines/equipment 
  • Micrometer, calipers, and other general measuring equipment 
  • Specialized testing equipment 
  • Pressure gauges 
  • Portable hand and power tools 
  • Any other required 

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical certification preferred.  Previous manufacturing experience preferred.  MS Office experience preferred.
