  • Overview

    Interview Process will consist of:

    1. Phone Screening (External Candidates)
    2. Face to Face Interview
    3. Select Assessment
    4. Second Interview

     

    Maintain internal/external telephone communications, visitor check-in system and serve as central source of information and customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming and screen telephone calls; take messages/provide information;
    • Maintain locator box and forms;
    • Maintain visitor check-in system;
    • Coordinate visitor approval with security guard, maintain welcome board and greet visitors in a professional manner;
    • Open/date-stamp/distribute incoming mail;
    • Provide clerical/secretarial support and order supplies as required;
    • Coordinate HR activities with other associates;
    • Prepare documents and communications as needed
    • Coordinator support
    • Operation of mailer
    • Understand/comply with QMS policy/procedures;
    • Understand/comply with EMS policy/procedures;
    • Adhere to safety policy/procedures.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performance of household duties including 5S;
    • Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management;
    • Will perform other duties as assigned by management;
    • Overtime and shift changes as required.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED required; MS Office required.
