  • Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

    • Design and implement social channel strategies to align with business goals and engage customers or internal audiences.
    • Develop and drive editorial strategies, content and direction for digital/social channel properties
    • Lead the adoption of social standards, processes and tools.
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
    • Set specific digital objectives and report on ROI
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Collaborate with other teams, like brand, creative services, experiential and product marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current digital technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Track and monitor spend to budget for digital and social marketing expenditures
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including IATF-16949 and ISO14000 related policies as applicable.

    Qualifications

    Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications, related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience
    • Understanding of social media strategy for B2B and B2C audiences
    • Experience in developing social media content and campaign creation
    • Familiarity with social media listening tools, keyword and basic SEO concepts
    • Proficiency in tactical use of core social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snap Chat, YouTube, etc)
    • Ability to use consumer insights, social platform performance and key social trends to inform the development of social strategies and plans
    • Ability to stay ahead of social trends and provide POV/implications
    • Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally to accomplish shared business goals
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong project and time management skills --extremely detail oriented
    • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
