  • Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

    • Program management of new OEM part numbers (new launch, design/process change).
    • Track major preproduction and SOP build events across major customers.
    • Enforce completion of deliverables for OEM account programs.
    • Develops and maintain strong working relationship with internal custom
    • Generates as necessary any reports needed to effectively manage any programs (i.e. Schedule A, etc.).
    • Utilizes SOP/EOP part information in ensuring customer releases are accurate.
    • Supports SOP/EOP process meeting.
    • Represents Wixom OEM in weekly APQP meetings and completes project information.
    • Supports S&OP with OEM SOP/EOP part information.
    • Various tasks to support OEM and SCM Departments (i.e. reports, data entry, monitoring EDI/customer websites).
    • Perform job-related travel as necessary.
    • Follow and maintain Sample Order TS procedures.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and will adhere to all company policies relating to IATF and ISO14000.

    Qualifications

    Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree (in business preferred) or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in OEM Program Management/Planning or similar field
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
    • Ability to work well with a team
    • Ability to manage projects using multiple tools                                             
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Familiarity with SharePoint preferred
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to travel
