  • Responsibilities

    • Sales of NTK Cutting Tool products within defined District.

    • Works with the National Sales Manager to promote sales of NTK products and/or services by interacting with established customers (accounts) and assists in developing new prospects.

    • Interface between customer and factory for aspects of business including sales, design, Q & A, accounting and other sales related issues, with assistance as needed

    • Communicate with various divisions within the company, including NTK Japan, as to the needs and requirements of the customer.

    • Takes the lead in negotiating contracts with both new and established customers.

    • Generates district sales forecasts.

    • Generate various monthly reports and additional reports required by NTK Japan or Management.
    • Participate at various industry related shows.



    • Associate’s degree or 4 years related experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment
    • Ability to grasp technical products and business concepts
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing\customer support position
    • Good sales and negotiating skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Detail oriented and ability to calculate return on investments
    • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Office Suite environment
    • Possess valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance and acceptable driving record
