    • Work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to complete business functions related to data retention, QMS compliance and optimization, hiring, employee relations, analytics and special projects.
    • Documents procedures as necessary.
    • Assist in upkeep of departmental logs and files.
    • Stays abreast of state and federal legal changes and provides updates to the team.
    • Performs audits and ensures accuracy of data in HRIS system and employment files.
    • Perform data entry as necessary.
    • Assist in general hire procedures (reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, training, etc.).
    • Maintain Associate’s files including training records and job descriptions as necessary.
    • Assist in all other Human Resources related matters and projects at local level as necessary.
    • Participate in Human Resources audits and answer associate questions as necessary.
    • Provide training to associates as necessary.
    • Assist in arranging company luncheons and parties.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and will adhere to all company policies relating to QMS.


    • High school diploma or GED
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years related experience in Human Resources, Business or related field
    • Minimum of 1 year experience working with an HRIS system
    • Ability to work as part of a team 
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Experience with a quality system preferred
    • Exceptional attention to detail 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer related skills (i.e. Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
